"Moog is NOT what you think it is, no matter what everyone has been saying in WNY for all this time."

What don't you like about working at Moog?

"See my answer above. EVERYTHING. Middle management in particular is horrible. Can do 'business speak' but has no clue what real xxx is. No leadership, no recognition, nothing."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Quit letting those that are suck ups and yes men run the place and recognize real ability."
