"The founder Steve Olson has an amazing vision for the company. The company is spot-in in addressing a gap in the market that exists, and mark my words this company will be big. The staff is given a considerable amount of ownership and trust to tackle the things that need to be done to make the business succeed. It's a modern technology company, adopting what I believe are the best technologies to attract key talent and solve its immediate and long term needs.
