"Mondo is my first job out of college and I could not be more happy. After only a few months I felt like I was learning more than I did in my four years of college. Here at Mondo they know that we want to grow and they have established a great environment for just that, growth. I suggest Mondo 100%."

"I worked at Mondo for over 2 years. Pros: - If you do well here, you can make really good money. Be wary there are only about 1 or 2 reps in each office who are actually making the kind of money they say you can though - You are eligible for a free trip if the spring if you are a top performer. Cons: - Extremely unprofessional and abusive management style: constant, daily emails swearing at you and being told you aren't good enough - They claim you have unlimited vacation, but its frowned upon to even ask for 1 day. Good luck actually even getting 2 days off in a row, nevermind a whole week. I saw people get denied to go to doctors appointments while there. - Hours are 7:30 am-630 pm.. they say you can leave at 6 but you will get judged if you do, and most people stay past 7 pm. There is ZERO work life balance. - Expected to be a slave to your email/phone. If your boss calls you at 11 pm, or on a weekend, you are expected to respond. You are also expected to respond to motivational emails on Sundays "pumping everyone up" for the week. - Upper management has never worked anywhere but Mondo- all the way up to the CEO. None of them have any real life experience or new ideas because of this. - No actual training program- if you've never worked in sales, you will probably fail. Training consists of watching a few videos they created, then learning as you go. If your manager is busy helping others close deals (which is almost always the case), you won't have any help other than who is sitting next to you."

"The Burbank location is small and only has around 4 people working there. Being away from the main branch does not help getting what is needed for that department. I would suggest trying to move to Austin and working with the team there."

"I worked for Mondo for a short period of time, however, I found that they were eager to cut employees off. Seasoned employees who have been around for years are being let go without any remorse in the middle of a pandemic. There is no work-life balance. The relationship between the higher-ups and those below them is extremely condescending."
