"The Regional Manager is very unprofessional with all aspects of communication. Lack of training of specifics and throwing and degrading employees that are under her direction."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be aware of upper management employees conduct and training when hiring an employee or lack of. Very disorganized when getting approval for items."
