"Incredibly disorganized, leadership did not guide or help, senior employees throw all site employees under the bus to keep their positions, no uniformity, no consistancy, lack of guidance & lack of general knowledge my company officials."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"replace upper management and hire new accountants, additionally the owner and upper managment could greatly benefit from basic property management classes."
