"Lots of opportunity at this little paper mill that can produce whatever you want for specialty papers. Lots of room for growth if you are willing to learn. The old timers are starting to go which is opening the door for the people they recently hired. You can move up on the machines as rapidly as you want to learn the positions. Shiftwork is never easy but I enjoy the extra time off!"
