"Molecular Templates (MTem) is a fast-growing company (grew from ~30 employees to ~150-200 between 2018 & 2019) that is becoming more and more corporate. The company provides great benefits (as of 2020 - 100% covered by employer for employees & their entire family, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, etc.) and gives employees about a month of paid-time-off each year (including the week of Christmas through Jan 2nd). The interview process is long but they give all managers & coworkers a chance to talk to interviewees. There is not a formal dress-code and most departments don't care what time people come in or leave as long as they complete their work on time. If you work on the ADMIN side it is easier to move up and grow within the company. If you're on the technical/science side, it's a great place to get a year or two of experience right out of school as a first job. It's pretty easy to move jobs laterally within the company."
