"I think this is a secure company but not one that will grow."

What do you like about working at Mokon?

"I enjoyed the job. It was routine but not a bad job. You knew what was expected and tried to do your best the people were very nice. I really can't say anything bad about the people or anyone in Mokon."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be honest and truthful they do do a back ground check.. Remember that it is a small company and they are looking for honest loyal people that will stay with them without looking to become president of that company."

What don't you like about working at Mokon?

"No room for advancement. During my time there I achieved a Bachelors degree and was working on my Masters. But there was no where to go with them. When I questioned various practices I was generally told that is who they do it. I need room to grow and although the job was secure there was no where to grow."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To recognize the people do change skill levels and they need room to grow. People need recognition for their achievements. An example is I turned in a suggestion the manager lost it and someone else turned in the same suggestion and they got the reward. This is not conducive to achieving good employee morale."
