"I Interned with Mohawk Industries for three months. During these three months, I learned a lot about full cycle recruiting in a fun and team oriented atmosphere. The pay was great, the office was encouraging, and the management really cares. The only down side would be the location of the corporate office. I only left due to my internship ending and management changing so they no longer had a spot for another recruiter. Plus I desired to be closer to Chattanooga Tennessee."

Instead of them accepting blame for bad decisions (made by them) they terminate the ones who executed their plan. No praise is given to the employees that do a good job. All employees at Manager level and below come into work daily wondering if that day is their last. Morals and ethics do not exist in the Logistics department of Mohawk."
