"Moe's was an amazing place to work when I started. It should have been a red flag when I was starting training to be the assistant manager within my first month. I studied hard to do everything I needed to, including putting in up to 65 hours in a week. When my manager left, (disputes within the company), I assumed her role, without any team, and found it to be a challenge. While I wasn't able to keep up with every single aspect of the business, I did manage to increase sales up to 20% within a few weeks, and kept all my employees happy. Even now, I enjoy a great deal of respect from my former employees."
