"Work there for the sales training, and you'll attain a deadly skill set. If they're looking to just make $35k - $60k, there is plenty of room for people with those goals."

What don't you like about working at Modular Document Solutions?

"Weak infrastructure to provide pre/post sales support. No customer base in Central Florida; all new customers are taken from other vendors, and having buyouts for their old leases (compounded with excessively high equipment cost for this young company) eliminated commission margins."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The company knows what is wrong, and what needs to be done. Until then, I'm not being adequately compensated for my skills, responsibilities and capabilities."
