"Was a good company, paid well, but had antiquated policies on PTO, and were not flexible to allow time with children and thus a healthy work-life balance. They otherwise were very nice to work for and offered a good rate of pay and possibility for advancement. There are plenty of other companies better however, so look around and compare first."
