"I've worked in one of the stores since 2009. There is a lack of advancement opportunities or benefits. There are cuts in every aspect of the organization. The corporate office barely does anything and is staffed by people who have never worked store level retail. It makes for an interesting day when a group of people with no experience in store level retail dictating changes to a group of people who do that type of work day in and out. If you try to speak to them, you're shut down. Also, the favoritism is out of control."

"Every morning we do a huddle about improving sales and helping customers. Morale of the associates is terrible. The recent scandal with our CEO makes it worse."
