"I worked for Modcomp for about 4 months but had enough time on board to know the vision of the company, the sales force and engineers that drive the business, and the management that is steering the company. This company was the worst experience I have ever had to date. Mainly management is the major weakness to the company for various reasons. It is a "family owned" business and several of the key employees are either friends or family, so don't expect to grow. The IT director has no experience in managing and even less skills in winning customers, let alone the engineering force. This isn't just one person's review or experience. About 10 engineers have either been fired or left the company because of management in just a few months and their initiative to cut costs by offering lower salaries or getting rid of those that get paid more. The worst part is that they have done this before and we thought that things would be different. In essence, STAY AWAY from this company."
