"Started off with promise, ended poorly. This company had such potential, but a series of bad decisions made it very difficult to love it in the last couple of years. The only thing that didn't leave a complete bad taste in my mouth was that I got to work with amazing people -- mostly under the director level. Director levels and above were the main problem there."

"The company has been built on the foundation of poor technology choices and there is no attention to fixing that. Making progress is nearly impossible. The chief officers spend money based on projections and then are required to lay people off when those projections aren't met."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Research the company, they love people who know where they are interviewing at. Being generic will get you nowhere."
