"You must be very skilled at the position you are applying for and ready to answer technical questions about development and projects."
What don't you like about working at Moblico Solutions?
"Sometimes feels like extra extra hard work is not that appreciated, lol. Feels like management does not pay attention to projects sometimes so some projects go out of scope and some details are missed. Sometimes requires employees to work out of office hours or weekends without checking with them."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Manage projects better and pay attention to them. Make sure that they stay the course, so that time is not wasted guessing or assuming certain requirements."
