"Company is in disarray. Horrible human resources management and culture. Replaced CEO 3 times in less than 1.5 years so that should tell prospective employees something. Engineering leadership got all replaced because we hired junior leaders to merge our product lines. We don't even use our own software that we create in-house which is always a question we struggle to answer for new (and existing) clients."
