"I've worked for the company since 2008. They are like a second family, the unity and the can-do spirit the company encourages is so refreshing. I would have loved to stay longer but I miss my family and I'd love to join them. The management encourages all staff to be proactive. It is a good learning ground and are the leading telecommunication service provider in west Africa with cutting edge technology and breaking new barriers in the region. In my time here so far, my most recent unit which is enterprise solutions, have been able to break into the data market in west Africa. Always surpassing target."

"Seems like Management does not have a clear grasp what the company needs and is letting a remote site take over the business needs which is causing a miscommunication between them and headquarters as to what the business really needs. I.E. they lay people off in the middle of several projects and have nobody left qualified to take over for them. They decided they no longer needed Bus Intelligence which makes it look like they are hiding financial information to give management a good impression only."

Unfortunately, management was taken over and now tools are no longer available and at the ready. It is very hard to get anything approved anymore and they have decided to do away with Microsoft technologies. If you are an open source GURU this job is for you, but do not expect to get anything you need."
