"Everyone's styles are so different within the company that tips are hard. Just come in with an open mind."
What don't you like about working at Mobile Mini?
"Follow up. There is no follow up in the company. They say they will do something and shortly after they completely forget about it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"There are a lot. There needs to be more communication with everyone. I understand there are things we can't know but if you ask for help and don't get a response for a week that does nothing for you."
