"Mnemonics is a small, privately owned company (< 90 employees) that wants to stay small. Owners are good people but they do not use venture capitalists and restrict technology roll-out plans. The work environment and physical facilities are good.The resources available for Business Development are also very restrictive. They do not use CRM tools, or marketing collateral (stale website, very few brochures, old presentations). Their ERP system is very disjointed and antiquated."
