"Small enough where daily interaction with owner and able to express new ideas. Many opportunities to explore new business too, either in marketing or IT. Long hours during new game releases. Sometimes can be difficult to manage the learning curve when new products are introduced. Less hours during the weekend and maybe can get more representatives to help out. Also figure out a faster way to communicate with some past customers. Newsletters can take some time."
