"MMCSKS LLC is a small food brand based in Scranton, PA. The company is comprised of two owners and three employees. When I began, I was the first full-time employee of the company. After building the business and growing the territory, MMCSKS LLC now has three full-time employees, each of which I managed during my time there. I left the company to pursue an MBA in Business Analytics full-time. The management was very understanding and we prepared an exit strategy that included me training a new employee to fill my role upon exiting."
