What do you like about working at MLG Development?

"Lots of learning opportunities, even if advancement wasn't involved. Atmosphere is adversarial, competitive (it's sales, people!). Not a lot of respect for those non-sales staff (they aren't really making any money, after all!)"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you can manage the divisiveness, lack of coordinated training, competitiveness and management's inability to navigate difficult situtations, you'll enjoy the climate here."

What don't you like about working at MLG Development?

"Was downsized and told wasn't age-ism. True, but was more probably Wage-ism motivated as well as because of a mental health hospitalization I incurred near the end of employment. Know of others on the margins of society that also experienced loss of respect, position, and lack of management's support even though the employee's work was acceptable or better."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"HR should learn how to administrate in the gray areas, specifically mental health! Mr Mooney should stop touting that MLG cares about people first, then business. That's not the way it's really happening."
