When I joined the company, it was a private company that was growing 10% year over year with very little process, no OTD, no daily financial data, productivity, Inv dollars, and homemade WMS. I implemented Daily Management Board, KPI'S per department, and Gemba Walk. My process will show any team member if we are winning or losing in less then 2 min by looking at the dept DM board and their KPI'S."
