"ML Group Architecture is a good design firm and is strong in design detail. The overall structure of the company has much to be desired even though the company does have good intentions. This is a very small firm but is plagued with very toxic office drama. Management changes direction on procedures on what seems like a daily/weekly basis and expects immediate results.
