"Though it has a strong history, it is semiconductor and has certain innate risks. The traditional mindset limits progress and ideas, while focus has little to do with people and seeing them as key investments. Management dictates all direction and provides little room for expression and growth. There seems to be a high turnover for employees unless one is very senior."
