The traditional mindset limits progress and ideas, while focus has little to do with people and seeing them as key investments. Management dictates all direction and provides little room for expression and growth. There seems to be a high turnover for employees unless one is very senior."

"the job was going very well. After a year and six months then they laid me off."

"I enjoy the work which is a variety of responsibilities and tasks. The CEO is a very fair, caring individual. The flexibility of work hours is a nice benefit."

"That I feel I am stuck at a crossroads and there isn't any chance to advance."

"To be on the production floor more and really see what the manufacturing employees are both able and unable to accomplish."
