Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be honest and sincere. These are honest and hard working people. You can not find that in a company their size. Know the basics of design for your field, and ask questions. This was the longest interview of my life. It lasted almost five hours, so be well rested if you are from out of state."

"Nothing, except I was far from my family, and one person I shared the office with. She was always talking to her husband, and then she got made if I talked to my son for a few minutes during my lunch if she was working even though he was out of state."
