"I worked for MKA Systems, Consulting, Inc. for 4.5 years. During this time, the company was always cash poor and therefore, no employees received salary increases. We had to beg for our expense reimbursements, which sometimes took over 2 months to receive. We were expected to be available 24/7 and worked long hours, weekends and holidays without any additional consideration. Management of the organization lacked requisite knowledge and experience, creating a difficult work environment."
