What do you like about working at Mizuno Consulting?
"I am my own boss. I make my own hours. But previously I worked 12 hour days, traveled 40% of the time. Worked closely with executive staff and was able to make suggestions and was taken to heart and sometime implemented. I also started an employee reward program."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"At this time no, as I am the only employee."
What don't you like about working at Mizuno Consulting?
"At times it would get more than crazy, I handled 2 acquisitions at the same time with a staff of only 3. We had to create employee manuals, benefit kits and fly to each new location to orientate new staff and explain our way of doing business. Also having to do massive layoffs is always difficult, but it is part of the job, but I don't enjoy it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I am management currently, so for that it would be to go back into working for a Company in order to have more interaction with employees and do what I do best, Human Resourse Management directly, not just consulting."
