"I worked for Mitchell International. The company was effective in providing solutions to their customers. However, the company had troubling modernizing and scaling its business. Mitchell was hanging on to a dying business unit that needed to be completely overhauled. Leadership was out of touch with the work force which brought much confusion as to where the company stood with its own employees. Overall, investing more into human capital while not worrying about minor costs would help the company moving forward into the new decade."
