"During the interview they do ask a lot of logic questions."

"Too many products that do the same thing. Though they offer great benefits package the salaries are a bit under average."

"Make sure you get a clear understanding of what you're getting into. Have a clear definition of what you want; identifying the job's must haves characteristics."

"Decisions made at the higher levels were not always based upon careful analysis of the facts and then not monitored, maintained, or managed to successful conclusions. Also a certain level of unfairness and bias was evident in some. Teamwork was very poor between departments."

"Better decision making process, less prejudice & bias, focus on teamwork and individuals while driving common goals, follow-up, communications --- in short, do the basics of management principles."
