"The 2 years I have spent here can easily be explained as one man's pride and a community of shallow individuals. Pay for tenure and friends. This company does not compensate its employees for productivity and attendance, rather golf score and personal benefit of the administration. I would never recommend any persons to pursue a career with Mitchell County Hospital District unless you absolutely need to pay bills in the Colorado City area. It is possible however living off minimum wage is equal."
