Missouri Department of Mental Health Employee Reviews for Anonymous Employee

"I just recently started working for the Missouri Department of Mental Health. I was hired to be a Developmental Assistant at the St. Charles Habilitation Center. I will get straight to it. The management here is terrible. There is no clear communication established between its employees and then management. Often, the workers are left confused, underutilized. They are also not held accountable for many of the issues (abuse, lack of work ethic, etc). I hope it changes in the future for the consumers' sake. Oh, they don't even know who their supervisor is."
