"The ability to function in a role that I have functioned in before as a Child Care advocate, and to develop grant applications for The Governor's Office fvor Children and Youth. I researched and wrtote a Ford Foundation Grant that was funded to establish a Child Care Network for Family-Based Child Care."

"The female employees were getting paid at least close to 10,000.00 more than I."

"This office has mutated to a large office that funneles Social Service Block Grant monies that come through the State. No suggestions at the moment."
