"I really like the diversity of patients and the quality of medical care. The physicians at Mission Hospital are very good."

What don't you like about working at Mission Hospital?

"I personally don't like a lot of trauma and being that this is a trauma hospital you have to deal with some pretty ugly stuff."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think it would be great if they had more incentives for their employees"
