"Generally speaking, MFCU is a wonderful place to work in. The toughest is that its upper-management is pretty separate from its staff in terms of supporting them in reality even though politically they appear to be very supportive. Its upper-management's lack of disciplined technical knowledge therefore deters them from properly guiding directions in new technologies, so their middle management has difficulty pursuing their missions of improving their services."
