"It was an opportunity to work for a very stable engineering firm and to gain understanding of running a multi-site company from a past-Fortune 500 CFO. Their process and resources make them truly insulated again periodic economic downturns."

"The company is a hidden gem and an asset to any employee that works with them. Don't take an offered position here for granted, the education and experience you'll gain is truly priceless."

"Their growth level was restricted. Lacking in entreprenuerial spirit."

"The company is beyond solid (certainly even now). This is a company that doesn't make mistakes. I would recommend expansion and taking on some risk to make it even better."
