"The scenery. Although, many people don't know that part of Pima and Pinal county have one of the highest drug busts for sell. It is situated in the middle of Crack Valley."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"DON'T DO IT. YOU Won't be there long enough to get more then 2 pay checks or qualify for benefits"

What don't you like about working at Miraval Resort & Spa?

"Everything. I worked in HR and they really didn't like anyone who wasn't white. All of their service jobs were held by Mexicans all of their professional jobs were held by whites. I have a Ma-ED and I couldn't get into a more qualified position because of my color, my experience and qualifications matched."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Grow Up a majority of the US is of Latin decent. Many of us Latins have higher educations and over qualified for your positions. We know more then how to make beds, rake leaves and wash dishes. You are not an EEO established firm or corporation. It is so sad that you really don't live life in balance. Balance would be there is no color at Miraval, you are either white or not."
