"Company was ruled by a not-invented-here mentality. As a consequence, innovation was stunted and the company suffered greatly. Also the company was not very diverse: Run mostly by Indians and as a result would treat non-Indians as second-class engineers, even when others demonstrated more skills than the inner group. Hopefully Immigration has gone in and corrected this problem."
