"When interviewed I stated what my compensation needs were and the owner said "no problem". When offered the job it was for an insultingly low amount. Due to Covid, I felt compelled to take the job temporarily but I would not accept unless she agreed in writing to pay a certain amount by a certain date. She did and it was a binding agreement. Despite this, she reneged on her word and never increased the pay. I attempted to discuss it with her on several occasions to no avail. She is dishonest and a truly horrible boss. She also knows nothing about the print industry and had NO experience. I was the only person there who knew anything and could do the job. I was finally able to get a job using all my skills and experience. The day I handed her an 'I quit' letter and walked out was fantastic. It was a terrible job and a terrible place to work with deplorable company culture."

"Good company to start out for fresh out of college designers. You get a feel for the process it takes to complete the process of a print product. Learn the ins and outs of print setup and dealing with a wide range of clients."
