"Small company, real start up environment that is always shifting and always pivoting. The team there is very welcoming and everyone does a little bit of everything. The system that they are working on is simple. Unfortunately though, everyone is expected to manage their own domain. If you have a problem, there is no one higher than you. No one that knows more about what you are working on. Of course, not including when your problem is not in your job description. Then you can ask for help and is solved almost immediately."
