"disparity in salaries, where trainees are often paid 30k+ more than people who've been with the company 15+ years, unrealistic expectation of senior staff on junior salaries, revolving door of overpaid upper management who have no real loyalty to the company (except their own paycheck), old boys network, where upper management bring in their lazy friends on huge salaries who contribute very little."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Start recognizing and treating your legacy staff with the respect and salaries they deserve. Regular pay rises, not 2% every 5 years."
