"My work experience as a Benefits & HRIS intern with Mimecast gave me the opportunity to explore the global & company benefits policies, healthcare policies, FMLA and strategies provided to the employees, it also paved way for me to extensively use of HRIS software through benefits documentation, recruitment entries, on-boarding & verification details until the exit formalities of an employee & documenting other HR practices."

"This review is based on several people’s input who worked at Mimecast. Many of their comments are included in my experience below. • 15 months ago I began my tenure at Mimecast with 10 others in new hire orientation and am the last one standing now. That should tell you volumes about the culture. • This place has no culture, it is a produce or you are out environment! Extremely stressful • On 4 month review I was told I am lazy and better start producing or I would be fired • If you have worked for an MSP this might be a better company, but anyone from any other place would not agree • On being hired was told that there is the occasional on call duty. In reality you will be working 24/7 for two weeks several times a year. The on call is a full time role. • After just completing my last day of on call with multiple calls over night I came in to the office an hour late and was told by my manager the next time I’m late I would be let go • In my tenure I saw at least 12 employees disappear and the only comment from managers was that they no longer worked here • Each month there is an all hands event, but the SD team is never allowed to participate • Each time I came in to the office an hour early to have breakfast and catch up on open cases I was told to start answering the phones. This happed each time until I no longer came in early. • I was hired as an L1 Support Engineer and told if I was promoted to L2 it would be a $10K raise. When that time came I was offered $3K take it or leave it • The entire building is open seating. After 2 months of being hired I still barely knew anyone’s name or ever saw people use the pool table/game room. I was later told if you did see people use the game room, they would not be there much longer • The SD managers disappear each afternoon for beer socials that the rest of the team is not invited to • One day the receptionist contacted me to say I had a visitor in the lobby for an interview. I told them and my manager that I was not ex"

"Having worked with this company for a few years, I can honestly and without any hesitation say this is the BEST company I have EVER worked for. I have been in University, Legal, Finance, State Government, Healthcare, I have supported users in every infrastructure and every environment and I have never encountered a more amazing organization, from the top to the bottom!!"

"Initially they attempt to portray a worker valued mindset but this will quickly disperse as you get to know the company. The leadership (a closed group of buddies providing a glass ceiling for anyone not in the in crowd) takes the company in a different direction each week and opens each decision to committee within the "in crowd" of workers making any forward progress impossible and ultimately hindering the ability to execute on everything from product to sales."

"Our company is not based out of the US so our CEO is never onsite so he doesn't know how much work we are actually doing. When we ask for more help he just looks at numbers and not the time it takes per call to resolve issues."
