"I know this review might get me in trouble, but I have to write it, so here is a very honest one. Overall, the company is understaffed and everyone finds themselves wearing too many hats to keep track of. Proper talent and resource allocation are completely absent. Supervisors often disrespect their reports and expect exceptional levels of performance in return. Different teams compete and tend to throw each other under the bus rather than collaborate. Everything is a high priority and has to be done immediately, even if you end up with -no joking- three new top priorities every day, which cancel the ones you were assigned the precedent day. There is no recognition of the work done nor fair evaluation based on solid data."
