"I've worked with this company for over 5 years. Went through 3 CIO's, 3 Directors, 2 Managers. It's getting better as a company, but still lacks a great deal. Senior leadership and below work on the 'good old boy' system - do not expect raises, bonuses, or approval from peers. Personal growth as far as getting to the 'next level' is non-existent."
