What don't you like about working at MILSPRAY?

"The work environment was utterly atrocious and was in direct violation of OSHA safety standards, IE: having to work in a so called lab which had no roof other then suspend ceiling tiles next to a room where toxic paints were mixed and packaged. Noise level was beyond tolerable, so much so you could not hear people on the telephone. Was expected to do CAD work on a 15 laptop while my supervisor surfed the internet all day on a PC with a 40 plasma screen monitor, under sized server with no back up system which resulted in total loss of all the work that had been done one a particular project."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"None the owner has a God complex and would go of on tyrannical rants without provocation sending people home and firing them for no valid reason. Hence the only way they could maintain a working staff was through temp. agencies."
