"I have worked for Milliken and Company since January 2015. I have 22 years of operational leadership experience, forged as a young Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army for almost 8 years, and sharpened in the business world for the last 15 years. I am highly motivated and ready for my next challenge!"

"Honestly not too happy with how things are going here. Super delayed COVID response, now its ramped up above and beyond what it should be. Management here can be great at the lower levels, but the expectations are difficult to achieve. No one is ever happy about the work that is done, no matter how good."

"I've worked here for 3 years, good people to work with. Upper management can be difficult to deal with as they will change goals and demands day to day. Some areas of the company are investing a lot of money to “future proof” themselves and then other areas are not spending any money at all."

"Milliken is changing from an owner driven private company to board driven, and everything is in a state of flux."

What do you like about working at Milliken & Co.?

"I enjoyed the creative challenge, as well as the challenge of pitching fresh creative ideas to a non-creative management audience."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Good Luck!"

What don't you like about working at Milliken & Co.?

"As the management is going through a change in management focus, values which I thought to be the bedrock of the corporation are in a state of flux, and a new company, less people focused and more profit driven, is emerging."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The people still working there spend too much time looking over their shoulders, worried about losing their jobs, so less output is achieved. Attention should be paid to the morale of the people who work there. Happy people work harder and are more productive."
