"They tend to oversell their jobs/positions. Qualify them on your actual duties. They try to get people on board by selling them on future possibilities. If you get the job, act tough (considered leadership there) and execute continuously, taking no prisoners."

"Kill or be killed mentality, 15-hour days, rewarding employees for bad behavior."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Execute plans, not people. Clean house - get rid of employees who only look out for themselves. Practice what you preach. Be the change you are trying to create."
