"It is becomming more corporate politics than the old family brewing company in the Rockies"

"Take care of your employee and they will work hard to produce and sell the best beer ever made."

"At that time there was very little direct communication between the CPO and the HR team."

"Not to lose great talent and miss opportunities to retain quality HR people."

"I really like the location. If you are not a water person you will enjoy the mountains. MillerCoors is still a company right now where you can be promoted with out a degree it seems like."

"The age of the facility and lack of proper training."

"Allow more money to properly technically train staff."
